All in home surfaces are sanitized using odorless, yet extremely effective, products approved by CDC for use during the COVID-19 pandemic and afterward. This remains our Standard of Practice.
This said, the real game changer is that we are the only vacation rental agency in the San Juan Islands with a dedicated, commercial laundry where all of our linens, towels and top covers are professionally cleaned after every guest departure. We use hot water to wash and hot air drying in our large-scale propane gas dryers, to insure that our linens are sanitized. All sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, towels and, heavy top covers (as used in the finest hotels) go through this washing process every time there is a change of guests, in every home. No one else in the islands can even come close using in-house residential washers and dryers.
We go to this extra expense because our guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a home that has been professionally cleaned plus linens and towels that have been laundered professionally.
