Panorama Point is a gracious large home with all the amenities that make for great vacation rentals. It enjoys some of the best views on Orcas Island due to its location at water's edge. The large living room, dining area and kitchen combination all provide panoramic views down and across Eastsound. With good waterfront access, this medium bank home allows one to walk on the rocks and pebble beach at low tide. But the water-side deck is the place you will want to be.

Inside, in addition to the first floor great room, this home provides two downstairs bedrooms, each with outside direct deck access and comfortable queen size beds. These bedrooms share a downstairs hallway bathroom that also serves as the guest bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a new king size bed and second story views of Eastsound. There is also a small loft bed area open to the great room below, which provides a double bed and shares a hallway upstairs bathroom. There is also an entertainment alcove room with Internet connected Smart TV and comfortable lounging chairs, although with the views outside, it is unlikely anyone will be spending much time watching television.

Panorama Point provides excellent privacy from neighbors and such a gracious environment to enjoy wonderful Orcas Island.

As with many waterfront homes in the Islands, Panorama Point has medium bank waterfront and has drop offs between the house and the water. Parents of young children should closely supervise all children while in residence at this home.

    The view was simply spectacular & the home was very nice ... but there are some improvements that would make things better ... Couches in the great room were very uncomfortable and removing the baby grand piano would make more room for comfy chairs and/or couches facing the water as well as some facing the fireplace ... Surprised by the lack of decor in the master bedroom ... Odd smell in downstairs bathroom ... Needs more outdoor deck furniture ... Surpised by scuffs/scratches on hardwood floor near table ... Speak wires hanging down from loft ... Chandeliers don’t fit motif and light bulbs burned out ... Balancing rocks ALL around property felt kind of creepy ... Unable to find iron & ironing board ... Reading binder key to enjoyable stay - how to work speaker system & confusing lighting ... Problem with window in master bedroom - not working properly and was open at the top when we arrived but I was able to get closed and locked. ... Easier way to get down to water would be terrific!

    Everything about our stay was fantastic. The home is really beautiful. It feels very cozy, with book-lined shelves and beautiful rugs. The kitchen is nicely stocked, with nice pots and pans and knives, even an espresso maker which was on offer if we wanted to use. The house is very "driving-close" to town with restaurants, and everything else on the island that we wanted to get to was only about 25 minutes away (Mt Constitution is probably farther, but we didn't get to that). The TV room was cozy for family nights in. And the beds were incredibly comfortable in all of the rooms (our young son said he didn't want to go home because he'd have to leave his bed here). Overall we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone coming to stay on Orcas.

    This rental could not have been better. We loved how secluded it was, yet so close to everything. Deer come right up to the house, which thrilled my kids. House has everything you need for a stay and a stop at the Island Market had us ready to cook. Gorgeous home! We will absolutely rent again.
