BRAND NEW TO VACATION RENTAL! The complete rebuilding of this charming home is finally done and ready for your occupancy. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms provide wonderful waterfront views and a water-side deck to die for. Two stories and 2,223 sq. ft. of charm and luxury. Go straight to the pictures for this listing and you will see one of the most unusual homes in the San Juan islands.

This home boasts a fully fitted out chef's kitchen with large gas range and a French door stainless refrigerator. Unusual items include an espresso machine, counter seating to watch the chef at work. Dishwasher, cozy casual dining seating area and for those more formal dinners, seating for eight.

The downstairs master bedroom features one of the most wonderful king beds we've seen. Check out the photos of the four-poster bed with its luxurious new mattress. This room says it all about the charm of Juniper House. The master has its own ensuite bathroom adjacent.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and another with a queen and two singles for families. There is a shared bathroom between these two upstairs bedrooms. This home also has a queen aerobed that can be set up in the living room or one of the upstairs bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests.

The complete rebuild of this home was done using much of the original woodwork and shows the beauty of old wood. Nobody will be disappointed with Juniper House.

    What a pleasant experience this was from first encounters to the finish line. Correspondence was returned in a timely pleasant manner and trouble shooting details were optimized for us as guests. The most delicious delight was just walking into this recently remodeled family home and seeing how special it was. It is better than the pictures because it is hard to capture that view. The loons and jellyfish entertained us. We were all tickled pink that we could be so lucky to get to experience this special home. Thank you for sharing Juniper House with us. Our hearts are full of gratitude.

    Highly recommend Juniper House for it's convenient location, island cabin character, modern updates, cozy comfort, fabulous kitchen, and absolutely stunning southerly views down East Sound. Master bedroom and its 3/4 bath are an oasis. Walking distance to Eastsound, albeit with a short distance along the main road without much shoulder. Steep narrow rock driveway, but its short and easy work for all the Subaru Outbacks out there. It was fun in a Ram truck. Large private deck with more commanding views. Water access is a scramble so be careful. Inspired by the kitchen we used it exclusively and unfortunately cannot give any restaurant reviews. Great base for exploring the island we visited beautiful Moran State Park, Rosario, Olga, West Beach, but the house was always a welcome return. NW Island Escapes folks were very helpful, professional, and great all the way around!
